In an effort to reduce no shows for appointments, we are instituting a non-refundable booking fee for all in person doctor appointments with our veterinarians. The fee will go towards the cost of your pet's appointment.
Your appointment will not be confirmed until the booking fee is paid.
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead of time and the booking fee will still be used toward the cost of the appointment.
** No shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the booking fee. **
